Mark established Emacey in 2011. He possesses more than 10 years experience working in project management, business analysis and data management in the private and public sectors.

His most recent assignment for Emacey was as a Business Analyst for HSBC Global Banking and Markets via Resource Solutions. Prior to this he had worked with Alexander Mann and Hays Finance Technology on delivering a number of projects for RBS Commercial and Private Banking, RBS Corporate Banking Division, RBS Technology Services and RBS Global Banking and Markets.

Before starting Emacey, Mark was a Business Analyst at Transport for London, Customer Data Manager for EDF Energy and Operations Intelligence Manager at the Office of Rail Regulation where he was also a Project Management mentor.

Prior to joining the UK Civil Service, he worked for BT Global Services for four years as Implementation Manager on their flagship SettleNET project.

Mark has an International Studies and Political Science degree from the University of Birmingham and is a professional member of The Chartered Institute for IT. He is also a member of the Association for Project Management, the Project Management Institute and the International Institute of Business Analysis.
